I have got to tell you that I bought the Apple Tootie Pie for my husband for Valentine's Day, and he was thrilled. I'll never bake another pie that compares to Tooties. It was great and he thought it was really sweet of me to think of buying him a Tootie Pie since he loves them so much.
Just thought I would let you know.

In January, my husband and I were at a marriage enrichment weekend. One of the husbands, at the gathering, shared how he had arranged a pie off for people he worked with in another state. A pie off? He ordered in ten Tootie pies to his place of work and had the employees taste each of the pies and vote for their favorite flavor. Apple won!!
Pies? Contest? Made in Texas? I am a foodie by nature. I LOVE to try new foods. I was intrigued.
Last Tuesday I said to myself, "Self, your birthday is coming up on Sunday. YOU need to order yourself a Tootie pie" I wanted to be sure that I had some sort of yummy desert with which to celebrate my birthday. I picked up the phone and ordered the apple pie to be delivered on Friday.
On Friday, the UPS truck pulled up. I walked to meet the UPS man. My Tootie pie had arrived!!! I was somewhat confused when I saw that he carried not one, but TWO Tootie boxes. To myself, "Did I order two tootie pies? I thought I only ordered one Tootie pie.? Hmm. Guess old age is setting in. Oh well, guess we will have two pies to enjoy this weekend."
I walked in the house. My husband had just returned from a long week's worth of travel. He asked,"Did you get your pie?" "What, how did you know that I had ordered a pie?" I looked him straight in the eye and asked."Ah Honey, did you order me a pie for my birthday?" YES he HAD.
He had heard how enthralled I had been with the friend that was describing the Tootie pie off that he had arranged for work. Unbeknownst to me, my husband too had ordered a pie for me. Oh HOW SWEET!!
All weekend long we have laughed at after 25 years of marriage our minds finally converged on one thing... Tootie Apple Pie!!!!

I work for a State agency and our department received a pie as a "thank you" from a private individual. I happened to be the only person in the department that day and had never heard of tootie pie. I opened the box and immediately knew I had to share this enormous pie with others even without tasting it. We received the "original apple pie" and everyone thought it was absolutely scrumptious. I am definitely ordering a pie for my husband for his birthday. Thank you for making such delicious pies.

I just have to say that the pie you sent was absolutely the most incredible pie I have ever put in my mouth! I couldn’t stop eating it. I probably gained 5lbs just from the pie. Taylor kept going by it and taking just a little more. It is hard to believe that a pie can be that good! Tootie’s pie company has gained a customer for life….I think I will order a Blackberry pie next. Of course, I will also be joining the gym, to keep from gaining too much weight!

I've never seen an apple pie disappear so quickly! It was, quite simply, the best apple pie I've ever eaten. And that was a sentiment shared by many others who were lucky enough to sample it during the brief pie-eating frenzy yesterday afternoon. (There were still a few folks walking around the office this morning with forks sticking out of the tops of their hands.)I think everyone has now added the Tootie Pie Company URL to their bookmarks.

I love to bake and I only bake from scratch (no mixes allowed!). So.... I am always a little (ok a lot) skeptical when someone raves about a dessert because I find that I am usually not impressed. I had heard that Tootie Pie was wonderful, but of course had my doubts. Just picked up my first one last night for a dessert because I did not have time to bake one myself. I must say - I was in for a BIG pleasant suprise. (I tried the chocolate pecan - but am anxious to try the other flavors!)

We recently decided to send our top clients some sort of “treat” as a thank you for visiting Cimarron Hills. Easy enough mission to accomplish, right? I mean, after all there are hundreds of bakeries in Central Texas. Not so. We quickly learned that when a high-end community sends a mediocre pie the message sent isn’t a positive one.

After searching Austin from top to bottom we finally found the ideal pie company….in Boerne.

Tootie Pie Company has perfectly combined the taste of home with the efficiency of a business. We needed a premium, well-made product to reach our customers in a timely and dependable fashion, and that is exactly what we got. I’m not sure where you find the time to bake such a delectable pie (we like pecan the best) and deliver them so proficiently, but you do. Thank you, Jeff, for helping to foster our client relationships and saving us some headache and time. Oh, and, I guess I should thank you for those few extra pounds…..we had a few pies at the office as well.
